How it works
Five minutes to set up. Then the app tells you what to do, every day.
Your plan
Seven answers: age, height, weight, goal, how many days you can train, where, how long you've been training. The app builds your plan on the spot and shows the reasoning under each number. Change your details any time and it recalculates.

Calories
Log in seconds. Rings show what's left of calories, protein, carbs and fat. The Kitchen suggests a meal that fits the rest of your day.
How calories work →
Workouts
A map of your muscles shows what's ready, recovering or overdue. Start the session that's next, log each set, and the map updates.

Progress
Log a weigh-in. The app shows the trend, not the noise, and says whether you're on track or steady.

Goal in. Plan out. Limits built in.
- You tell it where you're going. Build muscle, maintain, or lose fat, and how many days you can train.
- It builds the plan from that. Calories from your maintenance, protein from your bodyweight, a split from your days.
- Safety limits are in the rules, not the settings. Calories never go below a safe minimum. Nobody under 18 is offered a cut.
- Nothing is gated, nothing is sold. Every feature and every number is free. The advice isn't tied to any product.
The rules behind the plan are reviewed by qualified professionals before public release.
