← How it works

Progress

Where you're going, in one line. The app shows the trend and says whether it's working.

The weight trend

The line, not the dots.

Weigh in when you like. The dots are your weigh-ins; the smooth line is what's happening underneath, with the day-to-day water and food taken out. The line is what the app reads.

Progress with three weeks of weigh-ins

The weekly check-in

One question a week, and a suggestion if one's due.

Each week the app looks at the trend against your goal. If things are moving as planned, it says so and leaves you alone. If not, it may suggest one small change: eat a little more, a modest calorie change (asked as a question, within the plan's limits, never applied on its own), or fewer training days if you've been missing sessions. You say yes or no.

On track

After three weeks, a verdict.

81.4kgOn track

The first three weeks are just data. From then on, a chip says On track or Steady. Steady isn't failure; it's information.

The estimate

Estimate, not a promise.

A small box says the rate you're moving at, in kilograms a week. It never says when you'll arrive, because bodies don't keep to timetables and the app won't pretend otherwise.

Milestones

Marked once, quietly.

A first weigh-in, a new best lift, a month of training. Noted in sea glass when they happen, then they're history. No badges, no collection.

Measurements and photos

Yours, and only yours.

Add measurements if the scale isn't telling the whole story. Add photos if you want them. They stay on your phone and in your account, and nowhere else. Nobody else sees them; the app never shows them side by side.

What it never does

  • No dates. It shows a rate, never a finish line.
  • No weight promises.
  • No before-and-after.

The check-in rules and limits are reviewed by qualified professionals before public release.
